How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced eco-friendly packaging designed to keep the root ball secure and protect the foliage. Each plant is carefully insulated based on the season to prevent temperature shock during transit.
What is your 30-day guarantee?
We guarantee that every plant will arrive healthy. If your plant shows signs of distress within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will provide expert care advice or a replacement if necessary.
Do you ship during the winter months?
Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we include complimentary heat packs and extra insulation in our parcels to ensure your tropical plants stay warm until they reach your door.
Are your plants pet-friendly?
We offer a dedicated 'Pet-Friendly' collection featuring non-toxic varieties like Calatheas and Ferns. Please check the product description for the toxicity level of any specific plant before purchasing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once our greenhouse team has begun the packing process for live plants, we are unable to make further changes.
Do the plants come with pots?
All plants are shipped in their plastic nursery pots to minimize root disturbance. However, you can choose to add one of our decorative ceramic or terracotta planters to your order at checkout.
